From working on horse farms to snowboarding down mountains, Molly is as passionate about living an active lifestyle as she is about teaching it! Hailing from southern Michigan, Molly, leveraged riding horses from a young age into attending the University of Kentucky to pursue her degree in Kinesiology and Health promotions. Molly is now using that knowledge to shape and change people’s lives through one on one personal training, as well as, group fitness training. Molly thrives on creating training regimens that cater to her client’s specific goals and aspirations. She is skilled at making exercise an exciting part of her client’s day with her contagious positive attitude, constant energy, and strong work ethic. Molly is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, thus, her workouts can accommodate individuals with previous exercise experience, as well as, those who are new to exercise.
