Alex has made fitness and its instruction a part of his life ever since he designed and implemented his high school baseball team’s conditioning program over 13 years ago. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, he found his passion in helping others achieve their fitness goals, as well as, their life goals. Alex’s training aspiration is to provide the knowledge necessary, and the motivation for each individual client to make healthy lifestyle changes for the betterment of their future.
He has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified, as well as, a Nationally certified EMT. Alex has a passion for helping people which he brings to each and every session day in and day out, and now serves the city of Lexington as a firefighter.
Alex has worked with individuals with injuries such as torn ACLs, bone on bone in one and both knees, scoliosis, abnormal heart beats, diabetes, stroke complications, knee replacement, and those recovering from cancer.
