Do I have to meet at the same time each week?
- Given the individualized nature of our program the time of each session varies between 45 minutes to 1 hour. It all depends upon the focus for that day.
How long does each session last?
- Everyone should first consult with his or her doctor before starting a new fitness program. But with their "consent" Fit Kentucky believes no one is ever too "old" or too “out of shape” to adopt a fitness routine.
