Testimonials
"Before training with Josh I was a gym regular, never missed a workout, and read every fitness magazine to learn the latest workouts. With all this I still wasn’t seeing anything near the kind of results I wanted. I was referred to Josh by one of my friends who had lost 35 pounds training with him. At first I was skeptical that I could get a good workout at home, but I decided to take a chance and give Josh a call. Boy did my chance pay off, Josh’s knowledge and training ability is something that NO gym based trainer could compete with, let alone someone working out alone at the YMCA. "

"When Josh was my trainer in Arizona he helped my wife and I together lose 60 pounds! We can’t express our gratitude toward him. Josh not only provided us with a custom-made fitness routine, he also took careful time regarding our nutrition. We miss Josh here in Arizona, but at least he can bring his gifts to everyone in Kentucky!"
